Manage subscription

Sign in with your purchase email to manage or cancel your subscription, even on a different device. You can also use the customer portal link in your Creem purchase email to manage billing or cancel your yearly subscription. Select your subscription, choose Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel before the three-day trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before your next renewal to stop future charges.

No receipt or trouble getting in? Email support@gettray.app with your purchase email and order reference. You do not need to contact us to cancel through the portal.
For an existing Lemon Squeezy purchase, use the subscription management link in your original receipt. For App Store purchases, use Apple’s subscription settings. Lifetime purchases have no recurring payment to cancel.
